Man, I feel kind of guilty for a heading like that, but of the top 4, I honestly wanted Chris to go. I've babbled on enough about how much I love Kat, Elliot and Taylor... Trust me, I love Chris too! But at the same time I feel like he's still the same person who signed on to the show, whereas the others have grown in some way, have shown some variety, or have thoroughly entertained. With Chris it's just sorta been the same old thing time after time, even with those rare instances where he changed it up some, it was still very similar (like that Ryan Adams song he did).My bet was that we'd be seeing Chris and Taylor (or MAYBE Chris and Kat!?) duking it out for the #1 position, and that Chris'd get the most votes. I really wanted someone as smokey sultry as Kat, or as highly entertaining as Taylor, or as deserving as Elliot to get it, but I figured, eh, I'm still being entertained and it'll go to Chris because he's the most generic lowest common denominator here.
Yay - I was wrong!
While these next two weeks will be really hard, since it's all people I'd love to see win it, I feel like it's going to be more likeable?
Sorry Chris, you were good - I just didn't want you to be #1!
BTW - Brett and I were cracking up over Ryan standing behind Elliot and Taylor going "now are you the top, or the bottom". We already know Brett wants to be between 'em - so does it really matter? LOL (Sorry Peter - maybe you can have them next?)
