The day after surgery

Moxie and Simon got fixed last Monday. I worked from home Tuesday to supervise - make sure someone was around in case anything went wrong, keep the activity levels down, etc. Simon was fine and dandy after his surgery, just tired. Moxie was a little more out of it, and slept most of the day (gee, she only had a hysterectomy!) So where's the best place Simon could think to sleep all afternoon?


On her. Of course. These two are so close, it's hard to keep them apart. Maybe he knew she needed the extra warmth? So long as he wasn't poking his feet around her stitches, and it didn't bother her, I figured there couldn't be too much harm in leaving them like this. They stayed this way for a few hours, with him changing positions periodically.
