We're just a few days away from Christmas, and we've still got some errands to run, presents to wrap, and more before heading up to my folks' place in Penfield, NY (just outside of Rochester) on Sunday. We'll be up there for a couple days, and then drive back Wednesday. My brother, sister-in-law, and two nieces will fly in on Christmas day, so we'll get to hang out with them and try to spoil Emma and Sarah rotten! >:-) And then we'll do a follow-up Christmas with Brett's folks and brother here New Year's Day (I might try cooking prime rib!).So, with all this going on, I just wanted to wish all you fun folks who check in here and share your thoughts a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year! Thanks for helping to make 2006 such a fun year with the new adventure of blogging. I'm very grateful for the new friends I've met - some in person, and some purely online!

Jeph, I'm very grateful and proud to call someone like you my New Best Friend. Joking as it is, there's a been a rich friendship that's developed. That you have an adorable BF doesn't hurt either.
Happy Christmas - I hope I hear from you before you go. I'm nervous now about how you guys will like the present.
