It's Cookie Time!

I made the Chinese Restaurant Cookie recipe from the King Arthur Cookie Book again recently. Mmmmm these are so good. I don't recommend making their version of the chocolate icing to dip them in, as you see here - we weren't too fond of it. Much better? Just use a tub of premade frosting - SOOOO good for dipping!

PS If you see breasts in some of these pictures, it's your own filthy mind. Get outta the gutter! ;-)

Those cookies remind me of some chocolate peanut butter shortbread cookies a colleague made two years ago for our cookie exchange...mmm!

Yup, almond flavored. Sorry, no peanut butter in these cookies - although Brett would've loved that!
