Now THAT'S a burger!

One of the perks of working from home occasionally are very non-standard lunches. Sharon and I have had time to go to House Gourmet for chinese/japanese lunches in awhile, but I'm getting by with some other fun stuff. Thursday I cooked up a monster hamburger, topping it with cheese, ketchup, mustard, tomato, avocado, romaine, and homemade bread and butter pickles. This thing was huge - started falling apart before I could finish eating it. Still tasted great though! Yum!
