Fresh batch of pizza dough?
Check!

Smoked beef brisket thawed from the freezer?
Check!

Leeks, jalapeño,yellow bell pepper and red onion from the garden?
Check!

Havarti cheese from a visit to Trader Joes this weekend?
Check!

Daisy thinks it's a winning combination. (only no onions for dogs!) Now do I want to heat up the kitchen and use a pizza stone, or just blast it on the grill?

I'm thinking it'd *grilled* smoked brisket pizza for dinner tonight!
