Babies everywhere...

I found this morning that four of the seven baby bunnies seem to have moved out over the last day or so.

Bitesized snack!

It seems I've got seven of these tasty little treats. I'm thinking each is maybe 2-3 bites? Now I only have 7 of these guys but 9 CSA customers... I think there should be a random chance each customer will get one next week. By then their eyes should be open.

Ooh, bunnies are a great source of manure for the garden, and it doesn't burn the plants like fresh chicken manure does. Hmmm!

Smells gooood

I just hope these blueberry spice muffins taste as good as they smell! Had some blueberries to use up, and the new Penzeys Spice catalog had a recipe that called for just the amount of blueberries that I had. I figured they were meant to be!

Mary needed edible flowers to go with some food she was preparing for her herb clubs tea party this past weekend. In addition to nasturtiums and other-colored violas, I hooked her up with a ton of these guys. Boy did they smell good!

Loving Diana Agron's (Quinn's) new shorter haircut with the dark streaks - that's a good look for her that's not the cheerleader look she used to have. Because he's the eldest... that's why.

Tucker's well behaved about 95% of the time when outside. Even when he wanders off to the front of the house, he stays on the front porch or hidden in the shrubs. He darted out as Daisy and I were coming in... he didn't have permission to go out, so yes, this is like I'm rewarding him, but it makes him happy and is one less cat under foot, so it's easier not to fight him. So long as I can see him on the deck while I'm inside, I'm caving to his wishes.

Maybe he'll be nicer to us at 4am?
