Check out the size of the hawk (or whatever it is) sitting on top of the purple martin house! I don't know if it's the same jumbo bird that's been here for years, or if different ones come and go, but we've had one sitting on top of the purple martin house more in the last few weeks than i think we did all last year? He knows where the buffet is. Maybe he'll even take out the sparrows that haunt every nesting box and bird feeder around here.
