(Mostly) fresh (mostly) from the garden

Lots of goodies from the garden tonight!

A little bit of broccoli - the dogs got the thicker stalks.

We split a cucumber - i thought the plants were all dead, but it seems like the seeds I threw down over a month ago sprouted and are finding their way out from under the gourds!  The dogs enjoyed the cucumber ends.

This is our third or fourth night of corn in a row now, with more ready in the future.

Tomatoes on my burger, although the first one I sliced tasted gross and got added to the compost stuff.

The pickles on the burger are even homegrown -they're the bread and butter pickles I posted about not too long ago.

Yup, definitely eating good from the garden right now. There might be a lot of "not so good" going on out there this year, but it's still feeding us!

let's see...mac n cheese, and cheese on the burger, and the burger roll. don't believe I have ever seen a mac n cheese bush (heh heh heh, I said "bush"). but if there WAS such a species, I would want one!

srsly, it's all good!

Well, I also didn't grow the cow. I DID say "mostly" twice. ;-)
