I may not have to rake leaves in the fall, but this winter is the kind where we finally caved and bought a roof rake. And considering how much ice build up there is in the gutters (and we want to avoid ice damming and water damage), I'm gonna need to borrow a trick from my dad and attach a small container (like an old yogurt container) to the roof rake so I can sprinkle ice melt up on the gutter ice.
