The new view from the backyard isn't going to ever be as rustic as it used to be now that new neighbors are going in. Their house is a bit deeper than ours, so it feels like they sort of wall in our yard on the south side now.
Meanwhile, things are thawing out, spring is here, and the dogs must investigate it all. Having new neighbors already in on our North side, and the new folks going in on the south side, we're going to have to learn some new backyard dynamics. The dogs are going to want to visit anyone else outside, and we are already learning the new people to our North spend a lot of time tossing a ball around with their kids. I suspect the other new neighbors are going to be out enjoying their yard as well. Hopefully they'll all be ok worth visits from our beasts.
