Chicken gyros in flatbread with peas

Since Brett loves peas, I decided to try growing shelling peas this year. We've done snow peas and sugar snap peas for years -  but this might be the first time I've grown shelling peas. We're not getting a lot of servings out of them, having only had them with one meal so far - but wow, these are good! Just cooked in water, butter, salt and pepper for a few minutes - yummy!

And for the main serving?  Chicken gyros,  using King Arthur Flour recipe for soft wraps. The chicken was marinated in yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and more, then grilled. There's also tzaziki sauce made with yogurt, lemon juice, cucumber, garlic etc.

Such a great meal - Brett's raving about it...
