Flatbread

I make this out of the King Arthur Flour cookbook once in awhile. These things are awesome. Great on the side with salads, or as gyros. So good!

Thanks! Long time no see! And are you blogging somewhere new these days? Your Blogger profile only has the old blog (nothing new since 2013), and Bay Boys Bakery and Confections (!? Do tell!), but nothing current....

*sigh* I wish, but alas, I haven't had much time for blogging.

You probably won't be surprised, but we've actually moved a couple times again! And now, we are back in Phoenix of all places (and this, really, should be last time!).

Since moving here last year, We've started a baking business called From Scratch Bake Shoppe! - right now we are mostly selling at a large local Farmers' Market.

Are you on FB much? I'm much more active there - Peter H. and I found each other there a few years ago on there.
