Looks like we got at least a couple inches over night! Temps are supposed to drop down to 15 tonight - I might go out and dump some bagged leaves on the onions and strawberries this afternoon - try to insulate them, although the snow might be sufficient?

I've got a gal in Minnesota that always tells me to look at late snows as "Free Fertilizer", but that gets real old, real fast. I'd much rather have SPRING.
I think the snow should be sufficient, but if you feel better dumping on leaves-that's good too, as long as you get them off as soon as possible to prevent rot......
