Coming tonite....

YUUUUUMMO! GOOD stuff! Half the dough made a perfect-sized pizza for the two of us (Brett, in trying to eat less, actually had leftovers from his half), and the other half of the dough is in the freezer. I've never frozen raw dough before, but Julie here at work assures me it works perfect! Tempted to make more pizza tonite - if so, I'll just make up another batch, and will add a second blob of raw dough to the freezer for later use! :)

Will add entry from last nite's pizza, with photo, tonite hopefully!
