Hej då Peter and Conrad!

And they're off!! Peter and Conrad are off to Sweden for the next week or so, so we won't be seeing much input from Peter here for awhile. Looks like it's up to me and Steven to keep things entertaining!! By now Peter and Conrad are either still on their way to the airport, or sitting in the airport (hopefully doing what they SHOULD be doing, and that's checking out cutie travellers!)

Fun and safe travels you two!!

I'm off for New York in a couple of days myself, so you're going to have to come up with a one-man show.

Well I for one want pics from Sweden and NYC.. I will be waiting for the one man show..

I'm sure Peter will have plenty to post after their trip. Steven - is your trip recreational?? Hope you have fun!

My folks are in town visiting for the weekend, so I don't expect I'll be on the computer too much this weekend... Hope I don't miss too much!

I'm helping my best gal-pal settle in to her new fantastic condo in DUMBO, sort of a working visit with evening forays into restaurants.

I can assure you that with some 80+ photos taken yesterday, there will be one or two to share with you upon our return!

Good Swedish there Jeph!

Steven, enjoy your trip!

Jeph, Peter is threatening us with a slide show.

"and here I am outside our hotel..oh here's another one of the hotel..oh this is ummm... the hotel."

Jeph said...

Oh the wonders of typing in "translate swedish goodbye" in Google! ;-)

LOL You think we'll just get hotel shots Steven? There better be lots food and cool scenic shots!

Ijust realised something this morning. I completely spaced on next Sunday being the Pride Parade in NYC. Oh lordy.

Peter said...

Side show? Just wait until y'all come visit and Conrad and I make you sit through the THOUSANDS of photos we have. Make it a multi-night trip and bring lots of wine.

Pride in NYC? Going to a parade? Jeph, when do you and Brett march with rainbow flags down the streets of Tallmadge?

Stunned Donor said...

I'll meet you at Toplobampo with all my albums and whenever there's a cliche photo of something like holding up the Tower of Pisa, the offender has to drink a shot of tequila.

I haven't been to a parade in years, I suppose I have to go since I'm there; it'd be like going to Rio and not doing Mardi Gras.

Peter said...

Steven? Deal!

Now go get all your rainbow gear ready for NYC!

Stunned Donor said...

I has some rainbow suspenders in junior high.. give me a break, it was 1974!

Peter said...

Fine then, dress in your best whatever gay gear you may have, show some skin while you're out it, and take one for the team.

Gak, cliche alert!

Peter said...

Jeph, how goes the visit with the 'rents, by the way? Have they gone home yet?

Stunned Donor said...

I won't wear a hat and show my bald spot, does that count as showing skin?

Some of us don't swim 5000 miles a day and as such should be legally prevented from showing skin.

Peter said...

Oh my.

Look, I can out body issue anyone, ANYONE, under the table. Some of us do not work in the garden all day and are flabby, pale, and pasty. Remember, it is PRIDE, so take ownership of the bald spot and whatever else you've got and show it off to all the boys in town for the parade.

We won't demand that you post photos, however!

:-P

I'm going to dress a Dafydd from Little Britain! Thanks for the confidence booster!

Peter said...

NP Steven: if I can't help pick out the costume in person, the least I can do is evilly sell you on the idea of dressing up!

Sounds like Peter's proposing people here from the 70s (no names mentioned) dig out their shorty shorts - you know, the kind of cut offs you often see guys wearing to events like this where not only the pockets are hanging out below the "fringe" from the cutting of the jeans? ;-)

Cleveland's Pride is next Saturday as well. Dave and Jay are going, but we MIGHT be tied up with Brett's folks for Father's Day/Brett's mother's bday - happens this way EVERY YEAR (groan). Not that I don't like Brett's folks - that's not my point. And this year might involve something a little EXTRA special with his folks - a surprise trip to RIVERDANCE!!! (go ahead, start making fun now)

Peter said...

Hey, you changed your photo! Smoldering look, Jeph! Totally HAWT!

LOL

Except for that Riverdance thing, that is....

I look a little heavy/dark in the eyes, like maybe a touch neanderthal, but I think it was the overhead sun. It WAS a fun picture - I have NO IDEA what look I was giving Brett at the time... It was MUCH better than the one of me goofing around with the webcam, and Brett felt the winter/snow pic HAD to go...

Thanks!

Peter said...

The winter pic did have to go. This one is pretty decent Jeph.

Jeph said...

But I love the snow!
