Oh no!!

Now I'm bummed.

Just carved out one of the cinnamon rolls and found out they're a little underdone on the bottom. :( No one wants cinnamon rolls with slightly raw dough. Gross.

Maybe it's just because I ate one of the middle ones - hopefully the exterior cinnamon rolls are cooked thoroughly.

It's 7:45am and there's still no one here. I could just hide them and pretend I never brought them in to work. Or I could let people make their own decisions - just eat the tops.

Major bummer. :(

Tell people you under-did them so they can take them home and put them in the oven for breakfast tomorrow. I was going to say they looked a little underdone, but I'm always busting on you so I thought I'd better keep it to myself.

Oh no indeed! They did look pretty, but again (as usual it seems), I think Steven's right: they looked a little less golden-brown than I would trust.

They'll totally bake off fine though, par-baking is an old restaurant trick.

After a coworker asked for the recipe, to which I poitned her to, I started reading through some of the reviews (there were TONS!), and quite a few people ended out having the exact same problem! (If ya ask me, the original recipe should be edited!) Many people found it worked better to bake them at 350F for 20-25 min, rather than 400F fo 15 min. Definitely worth another shot!

Oh waitasec - you DO realize those pics are of the UNbaked cinnamon rolls, riiiiiight??? I never got around to posting the baked product before heading in to work!!! LOL Yeah, no wonder you thought they looked a little pale!

Unfortunately, I seem to have maxxed out my picture uploads with Blogger tonite (too many cat pics!), so now I can't upload the baked photos...
