Roastin'

I've never made my own roasted tomatoes before, but I've got a small harvest from the Hard Rock plants - which were free seeds. I wouldn't have gotten these intentionally - I don't care for the work involved with Roma-style tomatoes. But now they're ripening and I want to put 'em to good use. I came across Kalyn's Roasted Tomato recipe and decided what the heck, I'll give it a try. I really don't even have enough to fill a big sheet pan, so I tossed in a couple extra "regular" style tomatoes that are about the same size - Fourth of July's I believe? Anyhow, we'll see how these turn out. I'm just gonna let them roast in the oven all nite and maybe shut the oven off at bed time and leave them in til tomorrow...
