Stuffed pasta shells
Another one of those dishes where I didn't bother with a recipe - just kind of winged it. Cooked up some onion, ground beef and ground pork, and garlic. Added some oregano, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Threw in a box of thawed chopped spinach. Stirred together ricotta cheese, shredded mozarella, more nutmeg, salt and pepper. Then added the meat/spinach mixture, stuffed into shells, put in cookware, sauced, cheesed, baked, yum!

How many servings is that?? Did you make your own sauce or did you use a bottle and did you use ricotta or cottage cheese? I tend to use cottage cheese and puree it and add mozzarella because I am on a tight budget..
I wing stuff too.. Like enchiladas and such..
Oh, my...that pasta shell dish looks goooood :)
