Shooting Star
We were watching TV when about 45 min ago a meteor shot across the sky so that we could see it through the back living room window. Mostly white with a greenish tinge, with a slightly sparkling trail behind it as it burned up. Very cool! Hard to believe we'd be able to see something like that from INSIDE the house! Went outside a few times after that - haven't seen anymore. Could've just been space junk I suppose... It went from SE to NW across the sky, about a third of the way up from the horizon to the zenith on the SW sky. Don't see something like that very often!
