Bok Choy

I pulled a bok choy last week - while the flowers may LOOK real pretty, you don't want it to start bolting and blooming like this - that's usually a sign the plant's going to start tasting bitter. Luckily this one didn't have a hint of bitterness to it...I sliced some up to put in Ramen, along with chicken, egg drop and spinach, when I was sick last week. Not sure what prompted the plant to start bolting - we haven't had any temps warm enough to cause it...
