Winter Wonderland

It's not snowing today - it's just raining and muddy and cold, with some hail a little smaller than marbles still lying in the mulch that must've hit just before I got home... Instead of thoughts of gray, dreary skies and a yard so wet you could sink in it (and many of the rivers and streams are flooding), let's take a look at some of the nicer pics I took last week...

Think happy thoughts!

The first and fourth photos are really wonderful, Jeph. Super gorgeous.

Thanks! I hadn't realized how good they looked til I posted 'em. Those could almost be framed!

Gorgeous photos, indeed! Our workplace park looks really pretty, too...truly a winter wonderland.

Do you work at a woodland park or something like that?

I work at a rehab centre, with beautiful park-like surroundings. In the spring, the cherry trees bloom and in the fall, we're surrounded by reds, oranges, and yellows. Some colleagues get married in our courtyard. Not me, mind you, but some do! :)
