Calzones, take two

Blizzard food - tried again with the calzones while we were trapped indoors (good thing I stopped at the grocery store before the storm hit!) One was sauteed baby spinach and portabella mushrooms with fresh mozzarella, the others were mozzarella with pepperoni. Pretty good! One leaked...

These were all made with one batch of the Cook's Illustrated pizza dough, which is intended to make two small pizzas. I might be better off making six calzones with this recipe...these were pretty darn plump!
