More mints!

After my recent adventures with making cream cheese mints while lacking some of the ingredients, I wanted to have another go at it... This time I made lemon extract mints (yellow), almond extract mints (green) and peppermint extract mints (pink) - as you can see here:



I took some in to work, and had some out at Thanksgiving - and it seems there was no particular flavor in the lead for favorite - so that's cool! Hm...the guys are coming over for dinner (beef stew!?) and maybe a movie Saturday nite...would it be too gay to make mints for the guys? (Uh, yeah, probably!)
