The caged beast

Hark! What is that out there roaming in the shrubs and tree?!? Do you see it?!


Oh look, it's the savage tuxedo cat...


It appears he KNOWS how dangerous he is, and he's decided to trap himself, rather than exposed innocent victims to his lethal claws and sandpaper tongue. Not to mention the purring that can grow so intense it's volume can knock you out!


Hm, wait, no, he's not looking so savage now. It seems he's investigating his cage.


Why I DO believe those branches, some of which are still alive, are from the genus Nepeta, or more specifically in this case, catnip. Looks like he's already feeling the effects...


Yup, I think he's gonna be there for awhile... Trust me, it's no fun trying to cuddle with a catnip-stoked puss! I think I'll just leave him there til he crashes from his high and becomes a little more manageable. ;-)
