Get stuffed!

Time to cube up a variety of bread (Italian, sourdough and pumpernickle), season them, and then dry them out in the oven... Getting this done early makes life easier on Turkey Day!

I'm doing that today with french bread. Oh how I love stuffing.

It's what Thanksgiving is all about. All the other stuff (aside from maybe a green bean casserole) could easily be served up most any time of the year without a thought....but stuffing from scratch isn't something you seem most of the year...

I'm "old-school-Southern"! There is nothing better than cornbread dressing! You make the cornbread the night before. Leave it on the counter overnight to go stale. THAT's the way to make good dressing!!!
