After I gave Moxie her first bath yesterday morning (she was still feeling kinda grungy), I made certain to give her plenty of towel drying and chances to just air out. Then she napped in the sun for awhile - so she was doing fine - I'm sure we're well past that "don't give young kittens a bath" stage.
But then it was almost time to head out to Randy & Larry's, and we couldn't find her. Usually she's somewhere easy to find - or terrorizing the other cats. Finally, after much searching, I found her. I think I've mentioned recently that Notch seems to be loving the cat carrier being left out while we're working our way through Moxie's vet visits - I figure it's either because it's something new, or it's because she can't tackle him while he's in there.
So guess where I found her!
I remembered her napping in there earlier in the day. I'm guessing he decided she wasn't big enough to be a nuisance, crawled in, turned around, flopped down, and decided to nap - so what if there was a kitten behind him!
She seemed to appreciate it!
Granted, once you start taking pictures of a cat, they usually take that as their cue to leave, so Notch zipped on outta there. Moxie looks disappointed...
