Inspecting Kelly
Here's the web album of pics from yesterday's inspection of the Kelly house. Some problems to be dealt with (yes, even with a new house!), hopefully most of which are covered with warranty. Oh, and radon inspection shows we'll need to have radon mitigation installed - that's about $800-900 according to Tony, our inspector. Yay. Well, part of life and home ownership I guess, right?
