Mmmm....this didn't turn out too bad! I have to admit, if I had some artificial peach flavoring, I might've added a little. Or the Ben & Jerry's book said smaller peaches have more flavor, and I only had two huge ones - still only enough to make a half recipe. Nice a tasty - but benefits from sitting out just a little so the peaches aren't too icey when you bite into them.

Peach ice cream you might could find yourself a real Southerner.. That is one of those favorite flavors down here in Atlanta
I bought a few apricots the other day that were about the best I've ever bought from a store. Now I wonder how they would have been, turned into ice cream....
Come on - you can't leave me with just the end result without telling me how you got there... I see mention of some B&J book - but what, how, mmmmmmm...
