Any idea what this is!? It's sitting in the fridge for two hours, getting stirred every half hour - and then will get added to some other stuff and get a serious chill to help fight off the heat we're having this weekend.
Oh gross....now that I'm reading your "corn and tomato sauce" guess, and knowing it turned into ice cream, it just sounds like a gross combo! LOL Peter was right - peach ice cream from the Ben & Jerry's ice cream book.
Yeah, it was tagged "ice cream" but it certainly didn't look like anything I'd make ice cream with (well, maybe I need glasses)! I still maintain that it looks like corn and tomato sauce :)
