I Are Smart

Wondering how much snow we were actually getting, I had a lightbulb go off over my head (no worries - it's the new fluorescent, energy-saving kind!). Ran to the garage, opened up the door, grabbed the seed-planting board I made that I learned about from Fresh From The Garden on DIY Network this past summer (and haven't used yet!), ran around back in the blizzard, propped it up on one of the posts for the not-yet-finished deck, and...


oh...MAYBE two inches is all we've had so far? Bummer...

The notches are marked off every three inches. I'm hoping we've got snow AT LEAST up to the second notch by the time we wake up tomorrow morning! ;-)
