Ok, I admit it, that sounds a little excited for something we don't use much of around here. I just feel obligated to grow them - like they should be a part of the garden. And then there's Brett - "Ew, no, I don't eat those". Even when turned into a wonderful green salsa!
Last year I let an entire hod's worth of tomatillos rot. Bad Jeph.
Maybe I'll do better this year.
