Spatula licking good - pt 2

Remember the dog biscuit posting from earlier this morning?  Well, here's the (almost) finished product:

Well, here's how they looked when they came out of the oven.

You saw how much raw cookie dough there was - I ended out filling four half sheet pans full of sliced cookies, and baking them about 15-20 min at 375F.  Once they were out of the oven and cooled just a little bit, I peeled them off the Silpats, loaded them in the dehydrator, and gave them several hours.  They went from a reeeeally chewy cookie out of the oven to super crisp out of the dehydrator.  When they were still warm from the oven, Daisy thought it was ok to just swallow them whole, and I'd rather she not do that.  Thankfully, once they were crisped up, she chewed, and chomped, and crunched on them.  She and Doogie love them.
