Sure, there's still some left from the last batch, when we had the work outing, but those were more tart varieties. They've got sweeter varieties right now, including Jonagold, Red Delicious and Yellow Delicious, plus they still have Gala apples (which they've had for awhile now, and I'm guessing this is near the end of the run - they're a bit softer, but still oh so tasty!)
Have already run a bunch through the dehydrator, plus there was the apple crisp (made with a double batch of streusel topping) that I whipped up today. OMG so good! Similar to the recipe on their web site, but a little different - mine came from their cookbook.
I had the apples airing out on the table - they'd recently come from the chiller at the orchard, and it's been so humid this weekend that they were all covered in condensation, and by the time I got home, the paper bag was wet and starting to fall apart.
