You know it's zucchini season when...

...you're starting to use up zucchini in all sorts of stuff! Here's three loaves of zucchini bread, with the two paler "regular" zucchini bread being a recipe I tweaked/merged years ago, and the middle one being a new chocolate zucchini bread recipe I found (hey, you can't go wrong with recipes from King Arthur Flour!)  And, as always, there's tweaking.  In this case, the two regular ones got 2 tsp of old pumpkin pie spice plus an extra 1/2 tsp of cinnamon since I didn't have all the usual spices listed in the recipe.  And the chocolate recipe got Hershey's Special Dark cocoa, and for the chocolate chips I used about 1/2 cup of chopped up dark chocolate bar from Trader Joe's plus the remainder of a bag of white chocolate chips.  Mmmm....
